How can I know when the next shop update will be? 

I announce official shop updates through my Instagram.

 

Are your stickers waterproof? 

Unfortunately not all of my stickers are waterproof. The product descriptions for stickers will list if they are waterproof or not. 

 

Stamped Mail vs. Priority Mail

The "Stamped Mail" option means that your order will come in an envelope with a stamp. It is great for smaller items like die-cut stickers and zines. This option does not include tracking. 

The "Priority Mail" option means that your order will come in an evelope labeled "Priority Mail". It is for bigger items like sticker sheets, and earrings. This option does include tracking. 

 

How long does it take to process an order? 

Orders are usually processed within 1-2 weeks.

How long will it take for my order to arrive? 

Orders usually arrive within 1-4 weeks, but USPS may see delays during holidays.

 

Can I change the address I put on my order if I made a mistake? 

Of course you can! Just contact me within 24 hours of placing your order so I can add the correct address. If the address is not corrected then the order will be sent to the wrong address or my P.O. Box. 

 

What can I do if my order got returned to you? 

If your order got returned to me due to an invalid address, customers will be responsible for paying additional shipping fees to re-send it to the correct address. 

 

What can I do if my order got lost or stolen? 

Once your order is dropped off at USPS, it is officially out of my control. If your order gets lost or stolen, I cannot offer a replacement/refund since those circumstances are out of my control. 

 

Can I return/exchange my order? 

I do no accept returns/exchnages. 

 

What does "B-Grade" mean? 

B-Grade refers to products that have some flaws but are still good to use. B-Grade products are sold at a discounted price so they aren't thrown out. 

 

Screen/monitor color difference:

Each screen/monitor is different and the colors may seem slightly different in person.
